All legal, financial, contractual, punitive, and operational relationships originating from the access, download, purchase, or passive utilization of any Astorny-branded product or service is, fundamentally and inescapably, a contract forged directly, solely, and exclusively with Astro Studio Technologies LTDA. No subsidiary entity, brand name, or project title possesses independent legal standing outside the absolute purview of this parent corporation.

Astro Studio Technologies LTDA retains the perpetual, unchallengeable, discretionary, and unilateral right to abruptly alter, suspend, deprecate, heavily monetize, completely dismantle, or utterly annihilate the operations, server availability, and user access of any of its branches, platforms, or services at any given microsecond. FINANCIAL LIABILITY CAP: IN JURISDICTIONS THAT REFUSE TO ALLOW THE TOTAL EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE MAXIMUM CUMULATIVE, AGGREGATE, AND ABSOLUTE LIABILITY OF ASTRO STUDIO TECHNOLOGIES LTDA FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION SHALL BE STRICTLY, RIGIDLY, AND INFLEXIBLY CAPPED AT THE EXACT TOTAL MONETARY VALUE ACTUALLY PAID IN FIAT CURRENCY BY THE SPECIFIC COMPLAINING USER TO THE COMPANY IN THE EXACT THREE (3) MONTHS DIRECTLY PRECEDING THE CATASTROPHIC EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LEGAL DISPUTE, OR THE SUM OF FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00 USD), WHICHEVER AMOUNT IS DEMONSTRABLY LESSER.

This staggering defense and indemnification obligation will survive the termination of this Agreement and your departure from the Astorny ecosystem.

Governing Law, Jurisdictional Supremacy, and Binding Arbitration: By the simple, irreversible act of accessing a URL, downloading a binary executable, or utilizing any API endpoint within the Astorny ecosystem, the user irrevocably, knowingly, and permanently agrees that this Agreement, and all matters arising out of or relating to it, shall be governed by, heavily construed, and rigorously enforced exclusively in accordance with the internal laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, specifically focusing on the judicial districts operating within the State of São Paulo, utterly without regard to its conflict of law provisions or any international conventions on the sale of goods.

Furthermore, any and all disputes, tort claims, or commercial controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, their alleged breach, sudden termination, brutal enforcement, strict interpretation, or fundamental validity, shall be resolved exclusively, definitively, and in absolute secrecy through Mandatory, Binding Corporate Arbitration.
